Spanning numerous phases, the Bishop Verot Master Plan analyzes the necessities of the Bishop Verot community and the shared desired outcome for the future.

Objectives center on the Bishop Verot site and satisfies a myriad of needs through academic, functional, and administrative requirements. Campus life will be enhanced with the addition of an optimized classroom building and cafeteria, chapel, media center, and athletic facilities. Existing buildings will also receive improvements and are planned to take place in the administration building, media center, and main building façade.

Additionally, the Master Plan refines areas outside of the immediate Bishop Verot campus by streamlining traffic flow that occurs in the right-in │right-out Summerlin Access and the Matthews roundabout. The projected designs and developments will continue to promote a beneficent environment for prospective Vikings and the neighboring community.
