Bloom, a multi-family workforce housing complex is being developed at 2010 Hanson Street in Fort Myers, former home of the Araba Shriner’s Hall. The apartment building will include 336 rentable units with a mix of studios, one and two bedrooms, some which offer additional dens. The project aims to create high quality housing options for Fort Myers’ rapidly growing workforce. The property will feature three four-story buildings and a five-story parking garage. Amenities include a game room, business center, pool and fitness center.
